2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In accordance with consumer protection laws (including UK and EU regulations), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the usage conditions outlined below. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

3. Usage-Based Refund Conditions (Important)

Because our service involves significant computational costs (e.g., AI document processing), our refund policy strictly accounts for your usage.

You are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window ONLY IF:

  • You have used less than 10% of the credits purchased in the transaction; OR
  • You have processed fewer than 50 pages using our service.

Once you exceed this usage threshold, you are considered to have fully accessed and consumed the digital service, and your purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling your subscription prevents future billing, but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
  • The usage threshold (mentioned in Section 3) has been exceeded.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., API abuse, malicious activity).
